What a great concept to incorporate Quinoa, one of the healthiest grains in the world, with other popular products like vodka and chocolate! Inspired by H.Joseph Ehrmann of Elixir, SF’s 1st Green Certified Bar – Numi Organic Ruby Chai Tea infused FAIR. Quinoa Vodka, organic and unfiltered apple juice, organic agave nectar, fresh lime juice and a touch of egg white. Served in a chilled cocktail glass with an apple slice garnish.
Joyce Kushner, Owner of Coco-Zen, featured the most DELICIOUS organic, VEGAN, and Fair Trade Certified Chocolate Truffles!! You must try them!! 🙂 Her business tagline is’Experience Oneness with Chocolate’, and with her chocolate, I wholeheartedly agree!
